• All fees are in U.S. dollars
• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal
• Refunds, if offered, are limited and subject to the terms at purchase

Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension of access.

All materials, frameworks, AI protocols, curriculum, and content are owned by 333 AI LLC.

• Use is limited to personal or internal business purposes unless otherwise licensed
• Unauthorized distribution, resale, or repurposing is prohibited

You may have access to confidential information, including proprietary systems, strategies, and materials.

You agree not to disclose or misuse this information. This obligation survives termination.

Nothing in these Terms creates:

• Employment
• Partnership
• Joint venture

All users operate as independent parties.

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
